crashing when loading game

Hi,

since yesterday ps is crashing when I'm loading the game... I can launch psclient application, I can select my character but I cannot load the game... any idea about what I should do to go back to hunt some rats ???

PS: as usual I don't know if it's a Mac specific isuue so I apologize if it's not the right forum  :innocent:

Hmm I'm having the same problem. :'( On the PS loading screen where the MOTD appearts, it doesn't have the usual "loading entity" message. Here is the console log

it seems that we have exactly the same (frustrating) problem  :(

I tried this "So, to fix this crash all you need to do is open your PlaneShift options folder (by default on Applications\PlaneShift Crystal Blue\data\options) and then delete camera.xml. On next load it will load the defaults (camera_def.xml) and it should work again." ... indeed it's working \\o//

Come to think of it, the bogus XML file is created when the game exits during an initial map load.  Because the mac version can't load into the Bronze Doors region, anyone who tried to get in a few times would be likely to trigger this.

I had the same problem, but had to delete both camera files to get PS to start!!!!   \\o//
