freeeze by loading screen

so i did all like  writed here but when i start the game or the setup exe for obtions
i see a sreen and then the game freeezes

which screen are you seeing...
is it giving you any error messages at all?
have you tried uninstalling and resinstalling and reupdating?

okay. before uninst/reinst. make sure that your video card drivers are up to date.

and we need system specs

celeron cpu 2.80 Ghz
512 MB RAM
Medion Radeon 9800XL

ok i sheck my drivers but should be newest
