SourceForge direct me back to the http://www.planeshift.it/download.html

Follow the instructions here or go to http://planeshift.cvs.sourceforge.net/planeshift/planeshift/ and browse them online.

There are currently no zip files and you have to download sources using CVS. Instructions are on the page that I already gave to you: Compiling Guide.

If you are on Windows, install either WinCVS or TortoiseCVS.
