Ok what rank does one need to be in repair weopons to repair a broad sword? My friend has rank 1 and he's able to do it but I have rank 4 and I cant  :@#\ Whats up with that? anyway is there any way to progress in the repair weopons skill because I cannot get any practical experience  ???

"Repair Weapons" is a new feature -- it was introduced just a couple of days ago.
The system is buggy. I guess all that we can do atm is to be patient ... the devs will fix all the bugs soon(tm).
