MB, PS, SB wonderings

I was wondering, i'm not totally tech savey, but I can find my way around a computer. So if this is something that you deem as...well just plain  , please tell me so.

I was wondering why the skins in Molecular Blue, that I saw in pictures, such as the white Kran skin,  and other things that were in Moleclar Blue, etc. arn't all in PS. I didn't play Molecular Blue, because well I didn't know about it till PS. And i'm also wondering if, when SteelBlue comes out, will the same thing happen? Will we just make a bunch of new skins, spells, blah blah, etc. again?

Once again if you think this is a stupid question please tell me.

Errr...Something about different thingies, old skins not compatible, or something. 

About SteelBlue, I remember something about it not being a release like CB, but a really big update,as in we slowly work towards SB,  meaning no, we won't restart - if I remember correctly. If I don't, we wait till DaveG or Karyuu jump in with right answers.

with cb the model engine change drastically. the old models were incompadible with the engine. it was determined that it was easier/faster to rebuild the models then to try and convert them. it pushed back the issuing of cb by about a year.

With the upgrade to SB, it has been posted that when you are playing SB, you won't actually realise it becuase CB, as more things get added, it will slowly evolve into SB.  So really, SB is CB, just more finished.

actually you will. there will be a wipe. probably more either before sb, or slightly after.

IMHO: I am all for the wipe. Too many powerlevelers who took advantage of the NPC server being offiline. Won't be fair to everyone until there is a full wipe of all characters. Hail Talad! Praise Laanx!

Uhm how do players take advantage of that? The gladiators that give the most money are so easy to kill that the server being up or down would hardly matter. And also plenty of PP generators that are weak.

Would only matter to the weak players in my eyes and I doubt they will have taken advantage of it to such an extent they are the highest "leveled" person out there.

Not saying there shouldn't be a wipe when SB finally comes to wake up some old players to explore the game again, but the NPC server being down I hardly see as a good reason for a wipe.
