Anyone else remeber this? climbing to the top of the laanx temple? glitching into what was then called "the armory" now harnquist's? 

I remeber when I did a hide and seek for one diamond if someone could find me  i was hidings inside the armory 

And the great windowless tower..... Now nobody can get to the top because a glitch causes them to fall all the way back down.

you can still get on to the tower, I was up there yesterday, you just have to jump at the point of the small glitch.

We never had a female Ylian - maybe it's the female Dermorian you are thinking of? In that case, it wasn't a skin - it was a whole model. And since the skeleton system changed with the come of CB and all models had to be recreated, some of the old weren't done. You got some new instead.
