Since I assume Enkidukai history is oral in nature (paws just aren't any good at writing) I suggest a 'Story relay' race. In modern times, kids call it 'telephone'. This is a game for the quick typers out there (that excludes me).

Rules:

1. Form X number of teams of four or more racers. Give the players numbers.
2. Position the players at way stations out of hearing range of each other by number. A ref will be at each way station.
3. Each team is given a different, but similar in form 'story'. Only the first players get the story.
4. GO! The first players rush to the second and /say the story to them.
5. Same as 4, but to the next players in line.
6. The last player then rushes to the last ref and says the story for the last time. A certain number of points are given for arriving first, second, third, etc. Being first does not mean you win, however. Points will be deducted for each typo in the last story. Furthermore, the refs will compare notes from each retelling, and more points will be taken away for any changes made from the previous telling. That includes fixing typos. The team with the most points wins...something.
7. Have fun. No cheating. Contestants may be required to run in circles to prevent pre-telling. :)

No, that's silly and simply cannot be enforced.

Stop assuming the negative in people and think about the positive.  Even if they do cheat, they still have to say it at every waypoint.  Let the fun and games be just that, and not be such a mr. negative pants.

Was that at me? *is confused*

The running in circles was a joke. The :) at the end signified that. Settle folks. No one is going to make you run in circles.

I'm not negative, just because I don't like your idea doesn't make me negative...

We could definatly have a poetry thing going, i'm not interested in doing it. Or reading any poetry(because I can't :) ). But i'm sure there are plenty of people who would love to do it, and nobody even has to organize it. Somebody just needs to pick a spot then start reading poetry there.

Maybe people could set up a few shops in all the empty places in Oja, I mean everybody who wants to sell things can set it up in all those empty shop stalls(you just need to jump over the counter and BAM!).

Heh... I moved into Ojaveda 2 days ago. I'm living there studying magic, maybe I can be of some help. I'm currently training the Azure Way.

By the way, I'm new to the forums, and two years old in the game.

Nice to meet everyone.  :)

Sometime in early october I will be holding the first Ojafest!

Well, early October is upon us.  Just wondering if this was still being planned or not.

and if it is, i was wondering if a gladiator sort of arena for duels be part of ojafest, to prove the strongest of the festival, a little tournament for the more aggressive people ;)

My client stopped working a while ago and I couldn't do this in early October.  :(

I'm going to try to get it to work now!  :D
