Punctuation is your friend :>

Can you please post your system specs including your OS?

Smith: No, My Lord. I am attempting to conceal it.

Have patience! If someone can help you out, they will. We don't visit the forums 24/7, and this isn't over-the-phone tech support :>

Ah, forgot about that crash!
Will be fixed in next release...

Seriously:
what about giving more info, like: the crash code, were you doing anything specific, etc.

Damnit, I blame it on his lack of punctuation!  :-X

Anyway, if the game crashed without PS giving some message, that's strange. Try going to Start-->Run and type eventvwr.
Go to applications and sort the window on time, make sure the latest time is above and check if there are any application errors related to Planeshift.
To check that, just select a recent application error and double click on it, it'll look like this:

Crashed application: psclient.exe, version: 0.3.15.0, crashed module: engine.dll, version: 0.99.0.0, crashed on: 0x0015ae5a.

Look for Help and support on http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp for more info.

hehe, you make it sound like a threat.

Bugs happen, if youre one of the few unlucky ones, you might have to return again once: you get a new computer; a new version/update is released.
