I don't know if you guys had ever gotten this problem, but It seems I have died and am stuck in this underground location. Some sort of "spirit place"  Theres a library some people, and no way out. Is this the only map in the game or am I missing something?

Try /die ... this command should have you respawn in the death relam. If that doesn't work then please contact a Gm that is active at this time in planeshift.  I would help but I have to go to work .....

Ahhh, well the only advice I can give you is to follow other players you see. They are a good way to find out where the exit in the death relam aka DR is known. Good luck.

 . . . or you could try and ask someone to show you the way out.

People are generally in a hurry to get through to the portal out when they end up in the Underworld, so be polite, and patient.  If you can't find anyone, use the /die command to re-spawn back in the first chamber of the Underworld.  Then I'd walk over and stand next to the Death Guardian, and when people pop up, ask politely for assistance. 

Again, most people will simply run off up the stairs in a hurry to get back to where they were.  Fortunately though, most players respect that this is primarily a role-playing game, and so will respond to you in-character if you role-play the situation.

Answers and solutions to in-game puzzles and quests will never be posted in these forums . . . although I'm sure you're aware of that, having already read the Getting Started FAQ.

The easiest way of getting assistance with anything within the game is by doing so in-game, and in-character.  If you're lost, don't know where you are, don't know what you should be doing, or don't know how to do something . . . ask around in-character.  As the game is centered more around role-playing than it is about building uber-characters, people you meet in the game actually want opportunities to role play, and nothing shines a halo more than helping new-comers that don't know their way around yet.

That's because we're soon going to have a "wipe". A wipe is when most gets reset, often ones skills and stats. The dev team need to wipe the sever to get rid of bugs and other malicious faults on the server, and then replace the server with a new version, the package you download everytime you update. The server will eb a bit unstable the first days when the developers are testing the server. The wipes can come maybe times in a month- to 6 month-intervals and they're to be expected during the alpha.
