Need Help with my View

Is there something I can change to fix my problem;

                          Ever since the last Update all my characters have no boundries, that is to say that when I pull my view out of the tavern, say, I see behind the shelves and into other rooms. If my view is already pulled out and I go into an enclosed area, then I see outside that area...it doesn't automatically pull the view in like it used to...is there something in the visual graphics settings I need to change? I dont understand the lingo of that section so I touched nothing there...help please.

Ooh ooh, there is something in the in-game camera options... I forget the exact name of it, but it's definitely there. It'll come back in a minute. Play around with the camera options!
