Why no one would answer this before is because they're speechless. That is a very striking image. I understand why this man took his life after taking this horrible picture.

You offer help where you can.  If we simply give up in life, why should any of us try?  He may have not been able to help this child, but you can use your time to help prevent this from happening again.

It is a long and difficult road, often without any reward. When i say reward, i mean the reward of saving a life, or planting the seed of hope. In this area, often this reward is never reached. However with dillegence and continued effort, perhaps the reward shall be seen more than not.

Better to win in death. then you don't have to make a speach and say something you regret or get shot by extremists or something like that
