 ??? have we scheduled the event yet? It will be impossible to please everyone so maybe we should just choose a date and let those who can make it participate. Maybe Karyuu and the team leaders could come up with a couple of dates/times and people would sign up for those that are best for them. For example:

Saturday, Aug 26 20GMT        or         Sunday, Aug 27 16GMT   
And so on... inscriptions can be PMed to team leaders (so we don't add 40 replies to this thread) until a certain day and then PMed to Karyuu (or any other volunteer) so they can be added up and posted. Those who want to be in someone's team would just need to send them a PM with their availability. The day with most people signed up for is finally chosen... unless of course there's already a date and time and I just didn't notice :whistling:

I suggest one last major post listing every team and all of the definate members. Then we can go from there filling up the places on each team.

I've promised Anfa to be in her team, but like ThomPhoenix I can't saturday. So if it could be anytime except from saturday morning to sunday 20h GMT i could keep my promise to Anfa ;)

Sunday is fine for me as well, but at 19GMT there is an SCoY meeting which i must attend. So as long as we don't spend 3 hours doing this i'll be able to attend fully..

A little closer to deciding then :P I see that a good amount of people are having problems with weekends - depending on the majority, I suppose it'll be either Friday or Saturday. Still have some leaders to do a bit of poking I believe.

Then I suggest team leaders let Karyuu know their favored times so they can post the options and participants could sign up via PMs... posting here when every single person can make it might get too confusing. Let's try to come up with specific dates and times and work from there. :sorcerer:
