Error Plugin Addr6969CDAO

Ok I had thought i got rid of this by rebooting but it seems to come back. This 90% of the time happens in character creation. Im not asking for help much (a little would help :P)
all I am asking though is if someone has had this problem in the past.

System specs:

MicrosoftXP
Home EDition
Version 2002
Service Pack 2

eMachines
T3395
AMD Sempron   3000+
1.99 GHz 768MB of RAM

Please stop making separate threads for this problem - make one and stick to it :}

What part of character creation brings on this error message? If you are doing a custom-creation, try the quickpaths to see if there will be any change.

It doesnt matter what I do the error would happen. It actually happens more then usual. Iv tried quick paths and still happnes.
