Help! Updater still not working!

I have read the instructions,and I have downloaded the patch and such, but when i try to run my new updater, it says updater has encountered a problem and needs to cloase.Please help me!

"Help" is useless.

Something like "Missing LIBCURL.DLL" would lead to the reason even before someone read this thread completely.

the updater doesnt work for me... all it does when i run it is do the error report thing... then close... i tried recover and everything... hmm... might have to redl ps... oh well i'll wait until someone finds a cure...

Have you successfully aplied the patch and made sure all files were overwritten, before running the updater?

okie........ heres my problem..... same thing as the picture... when i saw you have to unzip things into the file i did but it said it was being used and i had nothing open... i ran the updater and it says its to new and it cant update because server it to old... ive reinstalled manytimes over.... and i just need help  .... and im gettin real pised

If a file is being used, reboot your computer and try again as the first thing you do :} Don't run PlaneShift - first patch the files, then run the updater. Only after the update completes successfully try running the game.

ok first hello i'm new and second I've tried everything I know of to try and get the updater to work, and I'm really cunfused because the updater worked on my brothers desktop but not my laptop I've installed it like 13 times already and rebooted like twice.

mmmmhmmmm and when I click the update option i stil get this error report thing that states:updater has encountered a problem and needs to close. Did I download right or somthing?
