The other day I crashed while waiting for the map to load. When I restarted PS, I couldn't use 3rd Person Follow view mode. The view would go to 1st person mode and I couldn't move or look around although other view modes worked fine.
Then I remembered. According to DaveG, Crash 00415419 is a glitch in camera.xml caused by crashing during load! So even though I didn't have an actual crash and error message, just deleting camera.xml fixed it. Do NOT delete camera_defs.xml as that is the defaults the client uses when the primary file is FUBAR.
So, if your PSclient camera settings used to work and now they are all screwy, this fix is for you.
This fix worked for both Windows, and Linux (SUSE 10.0). I believe it will work for Mac as well, but I have not tested it.
