guild permissions question

ok i've long been wondering what some of the permissions mean so could someone please explain them to me, i know most of them but i don't mind a more indeaph description

the once that really makes me think are these:

privii.
edit
pub. notes
prv. notes

but as i sayed i don't mind a more indeaph description

privii. privledges edit is edit the MOTd i think and the notes things r the public and private notes  ucan publish but i dunno if it works

hmm some details on what of them all exactly mean would be interesting to read indeed. Specially seeing I believe during updates these things have also been tweaked a little.

I could be wrong but iirc the first is the privilege to edit what privileges other members have.

The public notes and private notes one allow you to view and edit these two notes fields on each member.  These fields are disabled atm because some very large guilds exceeded our capacity to handle their notes, temporarily.  Notes will be reinstated soon.

privii: to edit priveleagues for other members
edit: to edit the motd (i think hp url and name too... but i'm not quite sure :/)
public notes: to edit public notes... you need this to edit your own public notes
private notes: the same as the above

but i'm not quite sure of the notes as we don't use it...

hmm before when a rank had all priviledges that rank was able to promote someone else to that same rank and could even delete the guild and all [haven't tried out deleting obviously ] but this doesn't seem to be the case anymore. Does this have anything to do with that disabeling of those notes or is that a tweak?

Sorry for bumping this thread, but are the notes working yet? (They do not appear to be unless I don't understand their function).

Also, is there a guide for guild functions yet? This is the best I found using the search function of the forums.
