Npc's with items

I have noticed that almost every npc is just a normal looking character.

u should add items wepons ect... to more of the npcs ive seen it on a few of them though. like harnquist could have a hammer or sumthin (there making a model for that right...)
maybe add some armor to some of the mercenaries bandits ect...
the armor merchants might wear some of their stock lol.
just gives more individuality t othe npcs and makes em look a bit nicer.

would this be hard to do?

Well, if items aren't created yet they will be - and there's no way of estimating how long that will take.

Veja Pontor, the NPC Merchant who sells weapons and armor in the Arena, is modelling 2 items of stock from her wares... the Chain Mail Torso Armor and the Chain Mail Arms Armor
