AFAIK if you forget your password, there is nothing you can do about it ;P You can't request for email with your pass.
But if you don't have that e-mail address you may have problems later. Who knows what future will bring us. Devs may assume that if someone registered, he must have e-mail and with this in mind, they will make somethink similiar to the MB->CB char transfer or some other stuff. And people like High will have problem.
