The behavior of each of your guild members represents the guild itself. With poor behavior, with posts that get deleted from this forum, you get a very poor reflection of the sort of quality you have. If you want good members, you have to weed out the bad. What it tells me personally is that you are incapable of being a strong leader, nor having strong officers beneath you to help you out. I haven't actually asked to join any guilds, nor stated I was interested... I got an offer from a Kran I was talking to about roof running, Enlightened something'er other guild... nice guy

binool has been in my guild since almost the start (i think) so he shouldve been off squire (newbie) rank. i am now only letting good players in to the guild. only in special curcumstances will i let a newbie in. suchas seproth.
