the ISP thing, amusing, i've been using the net at our old house at the same time as my dad, experiencing a lot of faults on the ISP's end.

so i approached my father and  said "we need a new ISP, this ones too slow and unreliable"

i got a prompt reply from him, not even glancing away from his laptop screen with a simple "no ****"

Ah, but the true way around this new threat of parents discovering you're a hacker is clear... Since these tips are for sons who are hackers, you can all get away with being hackers by disguising yourselves as daughters!  Since it's obvious that girls are never hackers

not that the laptop has ever broken.. but eh, my dad's clueless as to what a hacker is, and my ma is just cool, so I have no worries ^^
