Where may I find a place to get 2 iron ores? I can't seem to find one. By the way I just joined and nice game :D.

Best thing to do is wait around Harnquist's shack and ask any miner/crafter chars that turn up. Generally very busy but friendly crowd, someone will probably take you on their next mining expedition.
