[but why are ALL of the events at 20 GMT??? some one should make some events for the people on the OTHER side of the world!]

no the race starts at 20 GMT and when everyone is in akkaio the party begins, followed by events followed by a war between the two orgasnising guilds, the outlaws and the Felicitous Fenkis for show. called off
