Red Way

Im unsure if this is the right place to post but here goes:

Apart from Gharin Devile i have another char called Behrin Regonis,he is maxed in red way so i proceeded to take some red potions so i could test out the meteor glyph,i took quite a few and crashed and when i re-logged my red way is stuck on 263 and everytime i duel im losing like 10DP and above.
I know DP aint important but i dont want to lose 10 everytime i lose so is there anyway to correct my red way or am i better off deleting him?

Yeah DP aint important but its still nice to see it in the plus side

I would choose 263 red way over DP any day... each to their own. But then again it would be exploiting a bug so, hmm.

The thing to do would be to make a petition in game. Perhaps it is something a GM can help with, perhaps all they could do is pass it on to a dev. My character had a mana bug whereby he had maxed out his stats and still only had 2 mana points. I petitioned it last fall and nothing happened, I hibernated over the winter and petitioned again this spring, was told that it had been mentioned to a dev and that because the underlying problem which caused it had been fixed over the winter nothing (c\w)ould be done. Three days later I had mana a-plenty. I could finally cast a spell and start training the ways. So don't give up. You may have to put that character on the shelf for a time but all is not lost. I know of a few people who were in my boat who recreated their character but I was obstinate prefering to rp a great curse than abandon many hours of training stats and skills.

Thankfully it aint my main character so deletion wouldnt overly disappoint but until ive spoke to a GM and they decide what to do ill leave him be and not use him.i refuse to exploit bugs its a part of the game i refuse to play. Thanks for the advice

Man, I haven't dueled in so long. Mitaki (my oooooold character) used to actually have the highest duel score, until Noxide came with his GM character and got about 700 DP on 4 different characters from killing it over and over again.

But yeah, I just used to call them duel points.

relogging right away won't work as the server stores your info for a few minutes after logout.  the best approach is to log out, wait say 5-10 minutes and then try.  that normally fixes most stat/skill problems.

Well... first of all I don't understand why did you drink that many potions... The maximum level in red way is 55 and having level 200, 500, or any other level above 55 would be useless as far as damage, or spell casting requirements are concerned. About the problem of the duel points... do you really need them? Are those that important? Do you think that having 500k duel points makes you better? Well, my guess would be no... A bug affected you and now you got an advantage, and a disadvantage. Though luck. As for the bug in question: Don't make it public. Meaning, don't post it on the BT. Talk to a GM about it, send a PM eventually on the forums, and the GM will report it straight to the devs.
