Server Failed
« on: October 10, 2006, 11:09:56 pm »
Well, I downloaded the game a few days ago and every time I try to log in it says "Failed" next to the server name. I'm on a Mac Core Duo and I really like to stay on the Mac side and not switch to Windows to get it working. Any advice would help!

Edit: Nevermind, read Karyuu's post. You were supposed to just look here though, not make another thread.

Maybe the firewall is turned on in System Preferences / Sharing and blocking port... 7777?

*points to the Guide sticky* Did you read that? If so, which updater did you use? Try the other one. PM me the output from the Java Updater if you continue to have trouble. This sort of issue has been addressed tons of times before. We don't need yet another thread for it. As I said, if you continue to have trouble after looking over the Guide, shoot me a PM. Now, iLock.
