You've always been a mentor to me and you have made me the player i am today.

You've helped me in ways you couldn't imagine and were my first Guild leader.
You deserve every ounce of loyalty any humble servant may give and even then you deserve more.

Gharan was truly a visionary, in all roles he excelled, a friend, a guardian, a helper, he was there for you.

You shouldn't leave and i ask you not to, whatever you may want that would allow you to say, would be given by me at a moments notice.
I doubt you could ever be banned, the dev team and GM team will see the problem from your view and help solve it.

Please don't leave gharan :'( , We still need you, if only to login once a week, that would still suffice.

I would like to know who provoked all this though and give them a piece of my mind .

If you do go, you have my utmost respect and you shall never be forgotten.

But I plead with you not to leave, you're presence is a necessity for Planeshift and i'm sure we would all help to bring the perpetrator to justice.

Thanks, PM received :) Don't be too hasty to pack your bags here - you've become a much appreciated community member and friend to many, and one person should never have the power to drive you away out of frustration.

(I don't have too much time today to look over this all, but I'll send a reply ASAP.)
Judge: Are you trying to show contempt for this court, Mr Smith?
Smith: No, My Lord. I am attempting to conceal it.

At least you're expressing regret for losing your temper - even before anyone has had a chance to penalize you for it. (that's assuming it has been reported?!)

Hopefully you'll get a slap on the wrist.. a reminder that it's a game.. and asked to apologize to the person in question.

Of course.. I'm hypothesizing.. but I think most people at least get a warning first .. and a ban for any repeated offence?? (but i guess that depends on the severity of it all)

First of all i would like to apologeise to anyone who heard the mess that happened last night. We had proceeded to lure ulber from both oja and bdroad1 when the person in question who i might add says they have us on /ignore showed up.Ulber luring is still RP cos when someone kills our ulber it starts an RP and i might add Gwinn you did a good job of RPing with us after killing our oja ulber. But for the person in question to simply kill it then run off towards our other is stupid. Then to kill our other and then when we try to RP with you,you say i have you on /ignore then simply stand there smug is pathetic,i recommend you grow up.Please keep out of my RP there is no point getting involved if you cant hear what we are saying.

Id also like to apologeise to Frak Griffonsfire,Blayze,Jaycc who i know overheard this commotion,I also apologeise to anyone at the gold mine who heard.

Gharin hangs his head in shame.

Umm, I doubt he'll be leaving so you can stop with the farewells.

Gharan, I can say from experience, that you will probably not be banned.

Worse stuff has come out of my account and I didn't get banned...
Atleast, I imagine what came out of my account is worse.

Yes, you can stop with the farewells, he and Lorina only cursed at another player.  This is his first reported offense and will probably receive leniency.  I do believe everyone deserves a second chance, that is why I took him back into our guild numerous times.

Speaking of my guild and Gharin being an ex-member...

Gharin knows that The Enlightened have a stated policy to "destroy dangerous creatures that are lured into inhabited areas."  Since there are OOC hurt feelings between some members of The Outlaws and The Enlightened, I have told my members to stop the animal and leave without further discussion to avoid armed combat with a member of The Outlaws.  Our stated policy is an in game known position and roleplay.  Gharin knows our policy as he HELPED define it while he was a member of The Enlightened.  We, in no way, tried to disrupt his roleplay as he is claiming.  Unless you call preventing an Ulber from killing innocent people a disruption?

The particular animal that was killed and has resulted in this thread, was not killed by my guild members.  However, if they had killed it, it would not be out of character with our stated policy.

The problem is that there are three individuals in this thread (all have been mentioned in one form or another in this thread) that cannot get along in real life.  This story we are being asked to believe is cover for a deeper real life anger.

As a result, I have asked my guild members not to engage any ulber that is being led to inhabited areas, but rather call in support from other guilds to eliminate the threat.  The Enlightened will only call in support for the next few days until the "Gharin Fiasco" is settled.

Araye

Roleplays are supposed to be "in good fun" and should be friendly out of character.

I managed to lure an ulber all the way to the magic shop once, RP'd it as the thing was chasing me (as they can run, but the  NPC's dont) a few people were at the T junction in the forest, they ran out of the way and then followed into the magic shop area, basically, the thing had cornered me, and i gave warning to nearby travellers and miners that somethign nasty was coming, we all teamed up and eventualyl killed it, though I died in the process.

fun as hell though ^_^

Heh, I'd just like to compliment Araye on his very mature post.  I was taken aback by it...*sneaks off to join enlightened* :P  (that was a joke, don't kill me Sangwa)

And Kezzik on his amazingly immature but funny post.  I wish I was there.

Anyways, this is in the hands of the GMs right now.  And the actual problem sounds like it should be sorted out by those directly involved.

Perhaps an end to this thread is advised.

You mentioned the three of us dont get along araye, that being the case then why did the person involved proceed to get involved in two seperate locations and then use the immature remark "i have you on /ignore" if you have me on ignore then stay the hell away from me. problem solved
