Since this thread isn't closed yet, I'm going to submit a second entry.
Frame 1: A house in Ojaveda, an Enkidukai is looking at the window, seeing an obviously agitated crowd pass.
Frame 2: Curious, the Enkidukai walks after them, amongst more agitated Enkis, some armed with banners and signs. Visible snippets of them say things like "Freedom", "equal rights", "Octarch", "ban" etc..
Frame 3: Around a corner, a full-fledged demonstration takes place, with half of Ojaveda participating. In the back the city hall can be seen, surrounded by the protestants. The signs can be read now and say "Enkidukai have a right to live!", "The Octarch must be removed!", "No genocide!" etc.. Some are throwing rat eyes, moldy apples and other, similar things towards the entrance.
Frame 4: At the entrance of the city hall, a clearly scared government spokesman is standing in a pile of rat eyes, trying to calm the crowd down while avoiding the things that are being thrown at him, saying "I again assure you that this was a tragic misunderstanding! The mistake will be corrected immediately!". Behind him, two workers are busily removing a sign from the wall.
Frame 5: The sign in close view: "Keep Yliakum clean! Please don't litter!"
