Stonn, can you expand on the weather question a bit, so I can understand it fully? :] Do you wonder whether rain is ever going to do something beside "look pretty," and if so, can you give an example of another action?

Mmm... like will flowers bloom, will things grow, will buckets fill up with water, will cobbler dwarves in green suits run around ranting about their pots of gold :) That kind of stuff

Oh oh, and I have a Kran question too: In the guide it mentions something like Krans breathe slower because of the oxygen bonds, allowing breathing underwater. Then it goes on to say they don't breathe so they can't drown ::| So is there breathing or not?

Can glyphs be destroyed RP-wise? In other words, can a mortal destroy them? And while we're at it, can glyphs be good or evil by themselves?

EDIT: Does all magic depend on glyphs? It would seem that through skills like La'har, Esteria, Antimagic and others there's room for different kinds of magic or spells. And can players make up glyphs that would suit spells not available yet in-game for RP purposes (maybe given certain creative limits and restrictions like checking with GMs or dev.team members first)? Thanks.

good or evil glyphs? they are azure, red, brown, ...
Tools are nor good or evil, their effect depends on the user. Glyphs don't manipulate the user, the link works the other way.
Am I wrong?

Q: Will there be a way to see with what we can interact (cursor change)? If not, will the minimum interaction with everything be to "look at"? ("You see nothing of interrest" like messages...)

well the mage in the shop seems to think the darkness glyph is evil ... but perhaps this comment counts as a spoiler and should be deleted.

I remember from another thread that someone had mentioned that there needs to be an NPC in the Hydlaa tavern behind the bar.  I am wondering if that is still in the works or was even in the plan?
I've been outside, it's overrated and the graphics suck!

I have searched the forum unsuccessfully and I would like to know why was it decided to make hides unsellable in Hydlaa? Surely a town this large would have at least one person with a use for them. Does this mean that all leather goods are imported?

Also:
Why does the Death guardian buy almost everything but hides? Why does he buy anything at all? What use does he have for the things he buys? What is his purpose?

Why are Diamonds, Rubies and Emeralds considered raw materials (or are they items, I forget) and not gems? Surely an uncut gem is still a gem. Processed metals (stocks and ingots) are still sold as raw materials so it seems inconsistant.

If dark circle rings are going to be a fairly common drop will there be someone who will buy them such as a jeweler or enchanter?

Just a few things passing through my head.

EDIT

Another thing comes to mind.

Why are some specific items given earthly names? For instance apples could be called gribbolas and rats, svingers. Why rats anyway? They could be some kind of slug living in the sewers. I think it appropriate that items such as the forges and tables that have a specific use have names that are easily understood. They may not be called that by the inhabitants but for the purposes of clarity it is important that their function can be easily understood. Apples have no specific function they are one fruit out of any number and could easily be called something else with little confusion. I have seen apples in any number of games. I suppose it doesn't matter but then why gobbles not goblins? Not such a big change that it makes any real difference. I think such sufficiently generic things as bread and ale need not be changed but I would not expect to see a pilsner or a pumpernikel.

EDIT2

Has any thought been given to closing the loot window automatically when the character steps beyond the area where looting can occur?

EDIT3

Why does ten molten steel weigh ten times one steel stock when the stock is just the solid form of that same ten molten steel? Does the weight of the moltem steel include whatever implied container it is in?

EDIT4

Does a Krans tough skin act as an additional layer of armor when he wears chain over top of it or is it negated by this?

If there are 32 days in a month, does that mean there are 8 days in a week? also what are the names of the days?

Here's one:

Where's the temple of Talad going to be located? Since the Laanx temple is in Hydlaa, the capital of Yliakum, where is Talad going to have room to build his temple?

It is my understanding from the story line, that that large tower by the gates is/was the temple of talad, but was forgotten when the Laanx's followers came in.

Why are the Diamonds, Rubies, and Emeralds worth so little?

Why are there 24 hours in a Yliakum day?

Are Ulbernaughts mammals? They are furry but I hadnt notice any ummmmm other mammalian attributes ;)

As above, what are the other species? Rats and Clakers are obviously rodents and insects but Tefusang and Trepors?

Why are the rats and Clakers so big? is it the crystal suns influence? and would that mean there are some cute cuddly Ulbernaught equivalent on the surface?

What species is planned to be the next one to get it's own town?

If Diaboli constantly breed with other species, why are Ynnwns the only half-breed Diaboli we have access to?

Why are the Diamonds, Rubies, and Emeralds worth so little?
Because they are equally so common.
Why are there 24 hours in a Yliakum day?
I'm also interested in this.
In early medieval times there were 12 hours a day and at night they weren't counted. Furher, the day was shorter at winter and longer at summer and thus also the hours were shorter or longer. It was till the clock was invented and since this moment every hour was equal and there were 24 of them because also night was counted.

I heard rumours about a Kran city, but those might not be true. Who knows  ;)

When mining I seem to have much better success with gold than any of the gems

Edit - Another question

Who came up with the design of the eagles head? I think ive seen that elsewhere
