Interesting concept about the origin of PS rat size.
Ways of magic...
Basically, the idea about magic in PS is that you find out spells by combining different glyphs. Noone knows the combinations, except those who were successfull. This info should be allowed only in-game and never outside, for example on public websites. Now, you don't do it
But, you listed existing spells. These should be only known to those who was told about it in game, or found it out by combining glyphs. It's only my opinion.

"1.Where are the sewers?" It is in game information and should be accessible only in game, although it is again only my opinnion.
For beginners,
there are few minor "tiny spoilers", but otherwise its very good job, especially about explaining about the RP aspect.
Bestiary.
You shouldnt write how many PP you get from different mobs and what loot you can expect. I'm also not sure if you should list them down at all ;P
