I just updated my Centos and seem to be having some problem with the game. I am getting ping times ~450 and 0-15% lost packets. the game seems to load sluggishly and movement is nearly impossible. I tried an update and it said there was no updatres then looked for corrupt files. It tried to download a file named up but failed. Is anyone else having trouble right now?

I suspect it will just be a matter of recompiling my proprietary nvidia drivers for the new kernel, I'll report once I've done it.

That was exactly what was needed. It is back to normal now.
