New Road from Oja to BD Region

If there was another road between BD and OJA it should be extremely dangerous or sumthin so it is more advisable to go thru hydlaa due to guards maybe begin on the road in the future?

Can you give me a good reason why that road should be more dangerous? Other than "to punish laziness"?

i dunno. mainly to punish laziness but also if u think about it it is out in the middle of nowhere as in the road we have now is goin to a city which is close and u dont have to travel far aay form a city to get there.

I'm guessing it will really depend on the breakdown between city and territorial governments. One can easily imagine that the city guards will patrol the road out of town for a certain distance but that roads which do not go to any town but merely between other roads would be the responsibility of the territorial government so that there might be an outpost on the road but the patrols would be infrequent depending on the importance of the road. It might even be that the guards in the outpost would charge an unofficial toll when possible.
