Sony Ericsson. In my opinion they're the best when it comes to mobile phones. Though, now it depends on what you actually want to do with the phone.
The K800 is a nice model, though let's say a little big. Of course, it has a very good camera (3.15MP), but it's big. You can do just fine with a model which has a 2MP camera, but let's say it looks more "trendy".
Also, don't know if you want it to be UMTS or not. If not, the Sony Ericsson W810 is from far away the best option, and it's also not very expensive at all. The "W" class from SE has a
very good sound quality by the way, so that ipod won't need to be carried with you while you have the phone!

Speaking of sound quality, it's still Sony, which is a
brand in this domain.
Anyway, as for UMTS, huh, the Z610 looks very nice, both design and features.
I personally have a SE Z800, and I might say I'm very proud of it. Waiting for some new models until I'll change it though.
Oh well, after all, it all depends on you. I don't say "GO FO SE!". It's up to you, just say what you like, and I'll also post an opinion. Samsung makes nice phones too, though their battery problems are well known.
