[Guild Idea] Darkest Wish

Was planing to create a guild, aligned to the evil side, mainly to bring a bit of darkness into the happy days of common people. If someone is intrested or have complemnting ideas post here or contact me in game.

What ideas do you have, to start with? Anything beyond "dark guild"?

That's what i'm thinking of, something that would bring a lot of evil RP.. i have no real good ideas right now... But it will come soon.. Tomorrow maybe.. or untill someone starts giving me ideas then my brain probably would start ticking again

If that's all you have, I suggest joining an existing evil guild instead.

One of the worst ideas in a long time my friend I'll just keep it in mind untill i get a realy good idea, run through the History and browse the forum.. i know i will get a good idea soon enough!

Why is it a bad idea for you to join another evil guild? You obviously don't really have any direction, and you could probably learn some things.

I feel no need to join another guild, would feel verry bad to leave them, maybe if time shows i won't come up whit a good idea i might join the ranks of a guild that suits me

So if you feel no need to join a guild, why do you want to create one? Essentially what you're saying is you just want to lead a guild.

You have to have a certain amount of OOC maturity to RP a good evil character. Not saying you're immature. Heck, I feel the same way you do.

And yes, there is something wrong with "just wanting to lead a guild". It means you're going about the whole thing for the wrong reasons. You just want power, so basically you're creating a guild out of selfishness.

No i'm creating a guild because i wan't something new! Something that haven't been done before! I wan't to create a guild that gives ammounts of RP oportunitys.. power ain't something i realy care about i'll leave that to Peacer... and when it comes to my maturity it is enough to run a guild... I at least woudn't pick on a guy trying to start a thread on a forum trying to gather some minds and post ideas about a new guild..

I'm guessing it's gathering ideas on creating a guild with the above points you mentioned.

But what exactly do you mean, i think you need to be more specific, which ideas?

All we have currently is the purpose of the guild.

I don't think i can branch out randomly and create the ranks, just based on the Purpose.

Why not try this, if you don't like it just ignore what i'm about to suggest:

1. Create a story of how your guild came into creation.

2. List the purpose.

3. List the name of the ranks and responsibilities.

4. List the possible names of the guild.



I mean right now all you wrote was the purpose, I have no clue what you want the rank names to be, how the story should go, and what to name it.

Also, creating a guild just to be it's leader, without a vision, is a waste of time in my opinion.

If you truly want to be a leader, find something you want done in Yliakum that isn't being catered to and create a guild that serves that purpose.

It's good your trying to get info on the forums though and it's a step forward, but now you need to take the initiative and fill in some blanks before a Guild can be created.

A base is what is needed right now, for the foundation to stand on, build the base and the forums will help with the structure.

It's nice that you want to do something evil that hasn't been done before, but unless you have an real idea of how to accomplish this, my advice is to not bother starting a new guild as it will fail.

Join a pre-existing guild.  They will help you execute whatever ideas you eventually come up with.
