Submitting Bugs.txt

I am in the bronze door region and I see a giant hole in the geometry of the landscape. I did a /graphicbug and got the message "Read SUBMITTING BUGS.txt". Where do I find this file, I am using the linux client and do not see it anywhere under /opt/planeshift.
I suspect that this particular hole has already been reported so I am not too concerned about reporting it but the server message should refer to something.

SUBMITTING BUGS.txt is rather old... AB old even I think. These days you are fuine to post here in the forum, or on the bugtracker if you have some good techincal info about what went wrong.

You can search the bugtracker without logging in, and if you do want to search it I recomand this page: http://planeshift.oodlz.com/bugtracker/query.php?op=query&form=advanced

And the oodlz.com link is no good anymore. I tried it from the linux site listed in the linux specific fora.

Thank you. I guess that means that this link: userguide takes the place of SUBMITTING BUGS.txt?
