If you haven't seen it already, you'll probably like these. This is the original PlaneShift art I've found on the french PlaneShift community site:

However, they are much more detailed than the ones on the official PlaneShift site. Judging by some of the old PlaneShift 2D (yes, 2D!) screenshots, as well as the Races page on the main site, this is the original (and more complete) artwork for the races since the time PlaneShift was going to be a commercial project. Some of the artwork already appears on the main PS site. However, not all genders are included and the resolution is not as high, so less detail is seen. I wish such artwork (high-res, less compression) for all the genders was included on the main PS site as well.
Also, some of the races are missing their gender counterparts (those that are supposed to have two genders), so the original artwork must have never been done at the time yet. For example, Ylians and Klyros lack their female counterparts, so it's probably still open to interpretation when it'll come to making a 3D model for those. Dwarves/dwarfs seem to have only one female version, which is interestingly included as a Stonebreaker female under individual race pages but paired up with a Hammerwielder in a group shot.
Now onto the drawings themselves. A lot more detail can be seen, for one thing. I'm really digging the Diaboli female.

Lemur and Xacha femmes are looking cute too, with the Xacha female having some serious cleavage going on.

It's interesting to see the Ynnwn female with a tail, which is true to their description that Ynnwns are sometimes born with a tail. The original Enkidukai are a little more true to their description as well, with human like feet and all, meaning that they are humanoids with feline features rather than the opposite. The Dermorian male looks a little more manly in the drawing as opposed to a more feminine version in the game. The female dwarf is just adorable. I think the in-game model is great but the face looks scary. In the drawing she has a much warmer look to her. The Diaboli male with the blonde(ish) hair is amusing.
Hope you guys enjoy these to tie you over until all the 3D models make it into the game.
