That really depends. Some people you look at and say, "Whoa!" (Sangwa, for instance), and others it might be pretty much what you would have envisioned. But for the most part it's usually different than I imagine, yeah.

Really, I don't even form an image of how people might look from talking to them... I usually get it from this thread long before I meet people in net-person :)
