Some Small requests.

How about when the political aspect of the game is released (Octarchs, Vigesimi), people can attempt to assassinate them. players would go to a complaint centre and lodge a complaint. EG:

Octarch's taxes are too high!
Brutal repossession of our home!
He is placing our Level under martial law!
He murdered my friend!

and also place some money in with it. after enough complaints (and money) a bounty is placed on the octarchs head. a hunter can Take the bounty, or the whole level can incite a full scale street riot, pushing a charge towards the Octarch's home and burning it to ashes. but the Hunter can be more subtle, such as placing fire glyphs in the coffers of the octarch, and incinerating him. or Tying him to a hypnotised megara and sending it towards the crystal, a la Fertedian Dalko!

For the octarch to do the above things. a tax on auctioned items, Taking a known criminals house away (or anyone elses), Hunting a criminal (or band of them) and putting the level under martial law, where the other levels are blocked off and houses are smashed into. And murder? just a random killing.

Just a couple of quick ideas i thought up.

An Octarch can't be removed, nevertheless in some cases the Octarch was assassinated because it was too cruel, inept, dishonest, etc...

Therefore an Octarch cannot be removed unless something really crazy is going on, and you can't really place a "bounty" on an Octarch's head, nor hunt him down. The Octarch isn't someone who walks around Hydlaa streets, randomly and alone. Plus, I'm sure there's going to be a lot more diplomacy than what you describe :}

We had an Octarch in game of sorts at one point, and I did attempt to kill her a number of times.  Her bodyguards got to me each time long before I got to even within ten paces of her.

I think that killing an Octarch simply isn't feasible, unless you have a small army on your side.  Even then, chances are the Octarch will have some nifty spell that will allow him or her to teleport to safety at the last minute.  I think it's safe to say that Octarch killings won't be possible.
