[Any in-character messages may be put up here. This message board is in Ojaveda, so if your character visits Ojaveda, it is safe to assume that he/she saw these messages. Note that authorities may remove out-dated messages (about a month in real-time) or ones they find offensive (so don't be surprised if a message disappears). When a message you have posted becomes irrelevant or outdated, please remove it (i.e. edit it and replace it with "[Removed]" ). This is a good place to post announcements about tournaments, wanted criminals, meetings, and anything else you might think of. Just keep it in-character (out-of-character announcements will be deleted). If you need to announce out-of-character information as well as in-character information, I suggest you post the in-character here and make a new thread in this forum for the out-of-character. On the 10th and 31st of Azhord your town of Ojaveda will be holding its monthly market day, run by the Kore Irka-Kor. We invite all residence and citizens to take part in this market day, so please come along!

The Kore Irka Clan presents... The Azhord Ojaveda Market Day!

We do apologize to Merchants, Vendors and Shoppers, who were looking forward to our Quintahl Market Day. Since we had to cancel our Quintahl Market Day we are looking forward to having two market days in the month of Azhord.

The markets are open to any citizen of Yliakum and/or guild to buy a stall. The Alliance of Enkidukai members have special deals known to them.

First Market Day:

Location:
Ojaveda, Dsar Akkaio, and Steel Bazaar.

Event date:
10th of Azhord
[11:00pm GMT, Friday 8th October 2010.
11:00am NZT, Saturday 9th October 2010]

Stalls:

• Riverling Stall: 0tria 3 items on display. Location: on the ground sitting.
• Tefusang Stall:  300tria 6 items on display. Location: in a covered stall.
• Guild Ulbernaught Stall: 750tria 15 items on display. Location: in a covered stall or shop. Only guilds can register these stalls.
• Food Stall: Anyone interested in running a food stall, will need to contact Vakachehk Kivikar first.

Extras:
You can buy more “maximum of items on display” at the extra cost of 50tria for 1 extra item, maximum of 25 items on display per player. [This is to lower the lag of the whole server and the map of Ojaveda.] Guilds can rent any type of stall, but players may not rent a Guild stalls.

Rules:

• You will not be registered if you have not paid! Please make sure you payments are done whilst registering.
• You will be given a location to place your stall by one of the Kore Irka Clan members.
• Riverling Stall merchants must register even though they are free, 50tria fee still applies to them after the 24 hour deadline to registering.
• Kore Irka Clan reserves all right to deal with any crime(s) done against The Octarchal Decree of 425AY, that were done within the walls of Ojaveda. All crimes found guilty are issued fines of up to 20,000trias, if fines are not paid, criminal will be justiced to prosecution (death).
• Running within the gates of Ojaveda is forbidden, this is to prevent fast moving robbers, you will be arrested until found not guilty of stealing.
• Mounted riders are asked to keep their mounts tied up at the entrance of Ojaveda, entering buildings or awnings on a mount is forbidden as animal cruelty, you will also be arrested for breaking Rule #5.
• Unregistered sellers are forbidden in the walls of Ojaveda. Kore Irka Clan reserves the rights to issue fine(s) of 10,000trias per sale to the merchant, and fine the total amount of sales! These actions will only be taken whilst duration of event. (E.g Vakachehk sells a sack for 50trias during the event time, Sale 50trias + Fine 10,000trias = total fine of 10,050trias.) Merchant is forced to pay fine, there is no option of death taken to this rule breaking! [logging out will be taken as an OOC offence and will be taken to a Game Master.]
• Please enjoy your selling and shopping.

[OOC Rules]

• Roleplaying stealing and/or pick pocketing from any merchant or shopper must have OOC consent from the player before actions have taken place. If consent is given you will not have to pay the fines mechanically but must play paying the fines and/or actions.
• Any force of Roleplay, Grieving, OOC offence such as OOC behaviours, actions, talk, or any other breaking of the Planeshift Rules, will be dealt with by a Game Master.

Sometime during the night, an unremarkable and cloaked male figure walks up to the message board, pinning a new note beneath the previous one bearing three drawings:
*A cub-Ikon with a bell on his tail looking sweet and innocent.
*A manly Kull seated proudly on his rivnak, winking at a guard who suspiciously resembles Issym.
*A grungy Kisoji looking evil and mean.

The cloaked figure slinks off into the night, smirking widely.

Mishka walks casually in front of the message board and notices Hipie's note. She takes a long, deep whiff and grins, shaking her head. Then, grabs a kikiri, takes one of his feathers, sharpens it, takes an ink bottle from her bag and starts writing:

In the early happenings of the morning a slow and yawning Ikon walks past the message board in Ojaveda and is promptly pulls out a dagger as a smile grows on his face. He then expertly carves the following message:

I am armed. I am dangerous. As well as cute, fluffy, and with a nifty crown. I welcome all intrigued by a menial reward to by all means come and "play".
