This is the guild of Dwarfweiser. We are here to unite under one well... tankard. Everybody in Dwarfweiser has some experiance at brewing. Together we brew and sell our drinks throughout the land. In return of the money we recieve we divide it up accordinly to rank and end up giving 25% of it to taverns as somewhat of a charity. Money does not drive us but simply the knowledge to know one can relax over a nice mug of ale. Gradually we shall grow stronger until our members are spread out all over the land.

History
Ukaring was getting tired of all the guilds running about trying to fight for so and so or trying to defend this and that. They did not know what a true guild was like he thought. He always sat alone in the tavern in his favorite chair where people would constantly be talking about guild wars and mighty battles that have been raging on for a very long time. Ukaring seldomly understood why there couldnt be peace... why did these factions have to fight for causes that hardly seem possible? At last the stout dwarf began to draw out a plan for his own guild. It would be made of brewers ready to make a good long days work and return to a nice tavern sipping freshly brewed ale whilst counting a heavy coin purse. The guild began to flourish and Ukaring could almost smell the freshly brewed drinks. The dwarf was glad he followed in his anscestors footsteps who had almost all been brewers.

Ranks
Master Brewer: Controller of all the brewers and everything they do.
Beertenders: The second highest rank of all and is very difficult to be accepted into.
Liqours: One of the highest ranks possible unless you were to know the master brewer himself.
Ales: A very noble and suitable rank to be in filled with fairly good pay.
Tankards: Standard class of brewers with high experiance and work very hard.
Flagons: I lower rank of brewing apprentices taking up help from a Liqour
Mugs: Lowest rank filled with beer-runners who deliver the drinks and humble workers

Rules
The rules of Dwarfwieser are fairly simple and can possibly take awhile to get used to but eventually help much.
1. Never insult another member in a violent way!
2. Never abuse another member verbally or physicly!
3. Listen to those above you!
4. Help out those in need!
5. Work hard!
6. Do not kill unless dueling for fun!
7. Do not steal drinks!
8. Do not steal items!
9. Do not steal profits!
10. Do not follow guilds under an allignment that is not approved by the Master Brewer!
And of course have fun! Please abide by these rules as closely as you can.

You might want to change that. You should be original rather than borrowing from the real world. But let me know when you are set up so we can disscuss a deal

some nice development, just a couple of spelling errors, physicly should be physically and Liqours should be Liquors. Sorry to be picky. I may also consider buying shares, provided you can tell us where your income and profit comes from I mean this in an OOC way, where  will you obtain your ale, would you purchase it in Oja and then sell it in Hydlaa for a profit?

Well... we will make almost everything but things that are unable to be made we will do as you said. That would be a job for the mugs.

Very nice idea.  You should keep an eye on the RP event forums and try to get in on the business of wedding parties and such.
