I choose option C.
Sorry, no option C because of various reasons you can't go through.

Do you realise how many unhappy people there on the world? Sometimes option C just isn't working.

Well lets see you give two options. following you theory I would have to let him in and both be misrable in the end making overal happines 0% becuase if I don't in the end one of us would be happy so that would make happiness 50% and we can't have that or we would have communism :P

I mean that is what you are saying practicly. We can't think of what the majority would like?

Garile's right.  From a strict utilitarian viewpoint, there is no point to increasing the suffering when only one must be unhappy.  However, your hypothetical scenario is...  Well let's just say it is highly unrealistic and invariably annoying, not to mention aggravating.

There is always a third option.  (Except on computers...)  How is the third option "just not working?"  Honestly.
It is certainly possible for him to attempt to please as many people as is possible or reasonable.
The key to manipulative bargaining is to ask for something twice as big as what you want, then smile and nod when you are talked down to your original wish. You are still young, my apprentice, and have much to learn in the ways of the force. -UtM

If there is an utopia flying around this thread, this is the "realism" one.
A computer game will never be reality. Cat people, stone ones, magic spells, those are only myths, unrealistic features.
Now, if you could start thinking about consistency in a immersive world, maybe could some valid elements come into the discussion.
The general balance of economy is not perfect in version 0.3 What a big deal. Some constructive suggestions, based on the existing settings might help improve it in the future, while considerations based on capitalism are refering to a realism rather relative in a society licing on medieval values.
Coins are melted in the lower levels. injected into the economy, and they go in players pockets, and many players are living the world with full pockets, so more coins are added.
As usual in PS, it's pointless to post "this is unrealistic", "this is not complete"...it's so by design.
And as usual, any balanced suggestion can be submited in the whishlist forums.

I pointed out at the very start that the game isn't fiished enough to have economy working. What I argued about is the fact people was giving their oppinion that the way it is now is good and it should stay. I just can't agree with it coz i want consistent and immersive world.
Further, I see that the maximum happiness attempt was proven as good (at least i have such feling), i still see it is not the complete way to go. I believe the people in overal don't want to roleplay it is supposed in this game, but along the example i gave. Who knows, if devs will really pick that path, maybe there won't be a point to rp anymore but to live with your own live instead with small alternations coz of a bit different reality.
