Attribute Level Ups?

I have learned how to raise skills like sword, mining, etc.  But I don't know how to raise things like agility and endurance. I found the trainers for the skills and payed for training (not the whole red bar) but don't know how it "levels up".  Any help would be appreciated.

Hiya!

You don't need to practice anything for an attribute to go up a number. What happens is that you simply pay for it with an NPC as you would with a skill, but the green color fills up the entire bar, your attribute goes up a point, and then you start again :} So if your green bar is not taking up the entire skill bar, you still need to train it with an NPC.
