The world as we know it

I really don't understand this. I had assumed (yeah, yeah, I know, it's dangerous ) that Yliakum was the world the we all lived in, and Hydlaa and Ojaveda were cities, located in Yliakum. However rereading the "Settings" (as recommended during this down time), it clearly states several times that "Yliakum, a big underground city".
So what is what? If Yliakum is the city, then what are Hydlaa and Oja?
If Yliakum is the world in the stalactite, then where about are Hydlaa and Oja in relation to the stalactites levels?

Are they both on the top level?
If so, are they opposite each other (it will then give me an idea of the size of this place then), also are there plans to make this circular, so you can head out from Hydlaa to Oja, carry on through Oja and end up back at Hydlaa?
If not, which levels are they located on, and where are they in relation to each other?

(Sorry for being such a pain, but minor things like this really grate on my nerves).

Hydlaa and Oja on level 1 of the stalactite, but each level is a ring shape so you cant walk from one side to the other in a straight line otherwise you would fall off onto the level below, except for the last level which is number 8, but that one is totally underwater. The stalactite is in a GIANT cavern under the planet we are on, there is some life at the bottom of the cavern and life on the surface world, but those are two big unknowns to everyone
