Updater unable to find Mirrors

Hiya

I am new to Planeshift, today I downloaded the game from a torrent and installed it on my pc (windows user)
I been reading the forum and noticed that 0.17 is just new, I seem to have troubles with the updater "Ran out of mirrors Game can not be updated".
Is there any other way to update my game or do I have to wait patiently till the issue is resolved

I don't think the updater is ready yet to update you from the last version to this one. If you are impatient to play, you'll have to download the new client.

uhm i am new to and icant connect to mirrors with the updater either do i need to download the whole game again or is there an other way???

At the moment there is no other way to download the game. You have to get the whole client again, the updater is not yet enabled for getting the update.

I downloaded whole new client BUT game after lunch tells me about new update available. So I ran updater and really, founds 63mb in 83 files. Ok. I started update but it runs out of mirrors, when I press again "update", udater run it correctly but with amazing 3kb/s. What is strange, 114b file longs with that speed about 8 minutes. I dont need any answer, I had just need to write it, Maybe, who has too patience like me, update WILL do his job. After night. But update is possible.

  okay im having the same problem updater cannot find mirror to update from , and all the answers here dont tell you where to get the whole client from, whats weird is i downloaded it a month or so ago , ran into another game and unistalled this one  but the dl i had then worked, so can someone tell us how to get to the  "whole client" or what ever i need to fix this, please,

The same way you would uninstall any other application - if you are on Windows, use "Add or Remove Programs" from your Control Panel.

no i didnt mean how do i uninstall but should i unistall bit torrent, anyway i dl it again but from the link you posted, and again i ran the updater and no it  still could not find a mirror to update from. i  was wondering if you know where to get the new client from, that everone says to get if your impatient to play.

If you are not going to use bittorrent, feel free to uninstall it. As for the new client, the link I gave is to a mirror with the new client. You will be able to log in and play. If the updater mirrors and being wonky at the moment, try running the updater a bit later. You don't have to run the updater to play however.

Well... to update try disabling Data under updater options at the side before you click update. If you can show us a screen shot of it im sure we can find your problem =)
