That would be an old screenshot from the MB days I believe. I think it's been what, year and a half to two years now since it went to CB? During the upgrade from MB to CB, the race models were completely remade using a new way to do it. That means all textures for the races had to be remade for the new models. They just haven't been remade again yet. The screenshots on the main site are a bit outdated is all.
