Repair armor?

Hello all

2 Questions regarding repair armor:

1) Is the skill active? (so it can be used)

2) How do you repair armor with the repair armor kit?

'Repair Armor' isn't implemented/active yet. If your armor's broken you have to buy a new one.

Not active?? I have seen many people fix armor. While i am not one of them, it is happening, ask around.

there are two armor types, shields and body armor.
i think shields can be fixed at this moment but not body armor
