Normal speed dagger becomes speed 0.15 dagger

Also this happened with other weapons I looted from rogues(mostly stat boosting weapons)...
They were with the standard speed when I looted them... After I login again I check their description to see a ridiculously fast speed.
Not sure if the problem is in the initial description of the weapon(they were supposed to be fast) or if they "magically" became faster because of a bug.

I had this problem just now ....
I looted a dagger i was going to use it for the tournament a Smaragd Encrusted ragged Dagger speed 1.26 /.75
Today i looked at it and it's now speed .15

I had a similar problem with a slight change.

First i had a sword with .15 speed slash 2 i believe, i couldn't sell it because it refused to would always miss, it would never hit the NPC.

Then i come on a week later, and it changed to a /4.2, speed 2.
I was amazed, it was a very good sword out of nowhere ,and it WAS hitting.

Now i come back like 5 days ago, i check it, it reverted back to it's .15 speed and /2 appearance....
It's really weird i don't know why, and i was really excited when it was a /4.

Anyways, maybe it's the Devs tinkering with the Weapons slashes?
Can anyone help us?  ???

.15 speed.  Doesn't that mean that it is faster?  If you happen to come across any axes with that .15 speed glitch let me know!  I'll buy them off you.

considering that the quality of stocks is 10% lower ... I guess is a problem with the data base...

Just FYI, those super fast weapons use up mental fatigue at such a rate that you can't fight one mob without exhaustion.

In addition to the post just above this one the weapons are useless for anything except training repair skill. They never do damage so are useless for fighting and also useless for training the weapon skill.

On a similar note, I've gotten a pair of claymores with 0.30 speed on them, and had the same problem. Never hit, and they bled through my mental stamina in about 5 seconds flat.
