HEEEELP, Im stuck in a flippin hole.

Ok im in the sewers and theres these stairs i went down, There were wooden planks covering a hole and i accidently walked inbetween them and fell through. Now im in a hole and Unstuck wont get me out. Neither will relogging. PLEASE HELP!
