The path out of the Death Realm is a little like a maze... there is only one path to the exit, but there are some false paths. Just walk and don't run and look about and at what is at your feet. If you are not already doing this, change the Camera "M"ode to Third Person Follow so you can see the ground just infront of your feet, and use the Page Down Key to look down. If you fall, you will "die" again, and be returned to the start of the Death Realm.
If you get stuck in the landscape, type: /unstick
If you fall and don't die from the fall, type: /die
Ask for help or guidance from others who are there as well. if you do this in an In Character [IC] manner, you are more likely to get this sort of help from others.
