How many...?

A few years back, I downloaded this game (I Guess when it was still being heavily worked on,) and I began to play to notice that there was no one else playing.  I am just wondering, are there people actually playing this game now, or do I need to cancel my download now, and wait for further announcements?

There's usually plenty whenever I play (always at least one or two people in sight, anyway, and I'm even on GMT...)

Well the games is really well populated by europeans as far as I have noticed. I haven't seen the server have less then 70 people logged in and almost always it's over 100 people online at the same time and with that number you'll definately see people in Hydlaa and the arena. The other areas are a bit less populated, but unless you are an enki that is farther away from your starting point anyway and you don't always want people around you

Well, it's still heavily being worked on. Possibly heavier than ever, even. However, contrary to what it used to be in AB and MB, it's more or less playable and has some actual content.

and I began to play to notice that there was no one else playing.  I am just wondering, are there people actually playing this game now, or do I need to cancel my download now, and wait for further announcements?

In terms of MMORPG, ~140 players aren't much, but the stats graphics show that the population rarely drops below 50, so it's far from empty, which fits well the still limited size of the world. If you like to RP, then you will find PS pretty enjoyable.
