missing item

ok I looted a fire dagger went to put it into my sack, my sack was full instead of kicking the item back into my inventory the item dissappeared.

Wait... I'm confused. Your sack was full, so it was supposed to fall onto the ground and didn't? Or you put it into your inventory and it just disappeared?

tried to put it into my sack...which at the time was full but did not know....and poof it was gone.  usually it gets kicked back into inventory.
