Trouble at the Forge
« on: December 29, 2006, 06:05:25 am »
If you try to melt steel stock to make anything, the forge runs through the process so fast (heated-superheated-red hot) that you cant take it out after it was simply heated to make a weapon...therefore, weapons can't be made. I wasn't sure if you knew about this but, no one had posted the problem so...there you are, I did.

Also, the anvil process is speeded up as well - but obviously, since you dont have to stop the process, it's not as critical.

 :)

The problem is known among the Developers and they are working on a fix.

the process is now slowed but the anvil is still bugged, unless the recipes has changed.  for instance when working with heated steel stock it makes normal steel stock.

Thanks Tarel...just made a few items...seems like it's fine.  \\o// woo hoo ... if there's any other smith-related quirks I'll put it back into this thread [/me smiles at her gleaming new dagger with pride.]
